People struggle with all kinds of issues or questions. Sometimes you want to anticipate a problem and find a solution to cope better in the future.
The purpose of my book is to give some tips to handle those problems better in order to feel more happy and confident. If you are acting on what seems like an ‘issue’ for you, you can feel so much better, even if you have a long way to go.
I have tried to cover the topics in this book, I have also struggled with and still do from time to time, but with these tips I have the feeling that I have more control over my life.
