About the authors
Jos Marcus teaches M&O, Marketing, and Business Management at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences. He was
involved with the development of the new full-time Business Studies programme. Jos Marcus is also a partner with Accompany, an organisation specialised in developing educational learning tools.
